Phil is our Head of Intelligence and Investigations, bringing decades of experience in law enforcement and sports integrity. He spent 30 years investigating serious and organised crime, specialising in anti-corruption and covert operations. After retiring, he led global match-fixing investigations at the International Tennis Integrity Agency.

Having worked closely with organisations like Interpol and Europol, Phil understands the power of intelligence-led investigations. At Clue, he helps teams across sectors use technology to strengthen their operations and decision-making.
