About Nicola
Nicola is our Intelligence and Investigations Manager, bringing extensive experience in intelligence and investigations across the British Army, policing, and national security. She began her career in the British Army, serving a tour of Northern Ireland with the Infantry, Intelligence Corps, and Royal Artillery.
In 2004, Nicola joined the Metropolitan Police, where she led investigations into gang crime, domestic violence, and hate crime. She spent seven years as an undercover officer, deployed nationally on covert operations targeting vice and drug networks.
Nicola then moved to Surrey Police, focusing on tackling child sexual exploitation, before joining the National Crime Agency (NCA) in 2020. At the NCA, she worked within the National Cyber Crime Unit and the NCA Review Team, delivering operational reviews and structured debriefs on organised immigration crime, modern slavery, human trafficking, and drugs importation. Her efforts have contributed to shaping best practices across UK law enforcement and government departments.
