Chief Executive Officer

Clare has led Clue’s growth into a leading investigation and intelligence platform, driving the development of an interoperable product at the heart of the investigation ecosystem.

Adam Hale

Non-Executive Chair

Adam has served as non-executive Chair of Clue since November 2021. He is also Chair of SaaS business Arctic Shores and advisor to vyntelligence, Findity and many others. He is a judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme and a partner at ScaleUp Group. His career has focussed on driving positive business change through the combination of technology and people.

Thomas Drohan

Chief Strategy Officer

Thomas has extensive experience building and leading technology businesses. He focuses on customer success by working closely with users to understand changing threats and challenges.

Nick Gregory

Chief Marketing Officer

Nick brings over 35 years’ experience across B2B software marketing, sales and product development, having previously served as CMO at IRIS Software Group.

Nick Harber

Chief Financial Officer

Nick joined Clue in 2021 and played a key role in supporting growth, including securing strategic investment from Frog Capital.

Clair Hodgson

Chief People Officer

Clair leads the development of Clue’s People Strategy. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Chartered Accountant, she focuses on creating purpose-driven workplaces where people can thrive.

Antonia James

Chief Customer Officer

Antonia leads customer experience and engagement across the business. With a background in the legal sector, she uses technology and innovation to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.

Ian Blackhurst

Chief Sales Officer

Ian brings extensive experience across IT and public services, with expertise in government, justice and public safety. He previously held senior roles at NEC and Northgate Public Services.

Martin Wilks

Chief Technology Officer

Martin has over 30 years’ experience building scalable, AI-driven platforms. A former CTO across multiple organisations, he is known for leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative technology.

Phil spent 30 years in law enforcement specialising in complex anti-corruption and fugitive investigations, before moving into global sports integrity and corruption prevention.

Laura Eshelby

Head of Economic Crime

Laura has over 20 years’ experience in counter fraud and economic crime. Formerly a Cabinet Office Deputy Director, she helped shape UK policy and now drives innovation in economic crime solutions.

Nicola Thorn

Senior Intelligence and Investigations Consultant

Nicola has served in the British Army, Police and National Crime Agency, with deep expertise in complex investigations covering organised crime, safeguarding, child exploitation, hate crime and cybercrime.
