Clued Up: Archiving

To help organisations comply with their GDPR obligations, or to remove records that are redundant or invalid, it is possible to archive records within the Clue. Archiving a record removes it from regular view. Only users with archive permissions can view ‘Archived’ records. Archived records can later be deleted permanently, or, reinstated if required.
